$3,200 per person · single occupancy

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Deposits are non-refundable outside of specific circumstances.

The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the retreat start date:

• Double occupancy: $2,000 remaining balance
• Single occupancy: $2,700 remaining balance

• Total retreat investment: $2,500 per person (double occupancy) or $3,200 per person (single occupancy)
• Deposit due at booking: $500
• Final balance due 60 days before retreat: $2,000 (double occupancy) or $2,700 (single occupancy)

Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and your application has been approved.

The retreat price includes:

• Private retreat lodging
• Two rounds of golf at La Cantera
• Friday breakfast
• Saturday breakfast
• Thursday dinner & connection
• Friday dinner & connection
• Welcome gift box with swag
• Awards ceremony
• Hosted society gathering

The retreat price does not include:

• Travel to or from San Antonio
• Alcohol
• Lunches
• Spa services
• Transportation
• Extra golf
• Personal purchases
• Travel insurance

Because retreat spots are limited and vendor commitments are made in advance, deposits are non-refundable outside of specific circumstances.

Cancellation by Member

90+ Days Before Retreat

If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, any amount paid above the $500 deposit may be refunded.

60–89 Days Before Retreat

If you cancel between 60 and 89 days before the retreat, your $500 deposit is non-refundable outside of specific circumstances. Any additional amount paid may be refunded only if Alpine Ridge Golf Society is able to fill your spot with another approved applicant.

30–59 Days Before Retreat

If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the retreat, payments are non-refundable unless Alpine Ridge Golf Society is able to fill your spot with another approved applicant.

Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat.

No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, missed meals, missed golf, missed activities, or unused portions of the retreat.

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another qualified applicant. All transfers must be approved by Alpine Ridge Golf Society. Transfer approval is not guaranteed. The replacement applicant must complete the application process and agree to all retreat terms.

If an approved replacement applicant is found and pays in full, Alpine Ridge Golf Society may issue a refund of payments made above the deposit, minus any unrecoverable costs or processing fees.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Golf tee times, lodging, meals, and scheduled activities are subject to vendor availability, weather, and operational conditions. Alpine Ridge Golf Society reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary, lodging, meal format, or schedule if necessary.

Golf and outdoor activities are subject to weather and course conditions. If golf is delayed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled due to weather, Alpine Ridge Golf Society will make reasonable efforts to work with the course and vendors, but refunds are not guaranteed unless a vendor refund is actually received.

If Alpine Ridge Golf Society cancels the retreat for reasons within its control and does not offer a suitable replacement date or alternative gathering, members may receive a refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable vendor costs already committed.

Alpine Ridge Golf Society is not responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God, vendor closures, travel disruptions, illness outbreaks, or other emergency conditions.

Members are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, travel delays, family emergencies, or other circumstances that may prevent attendance.

Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated in writing. Members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Alpine Ridge Golf Society reserves the right to remove any member from the gathering for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided if a member is removed for misconduct.

By submitting payment, the member acknowledges and agrees to the Alpine Ridge Golf Society payment terms, refund policy, cancellation policy, and retreat conditions.
